. . . the people . . .
Graham Douglass plays Colt, one of the central figures in D&D. He was a Kerrville Tivy High School senior when filming began and is now a theatre major at Syracuse University. He has already had an award-winning career on the stage, including starring roles in Cabaret, Anything Goes, Big River, and Peter Pan.

Peter Navarra plays the other central character, Will. He was a sophomore at Our Lady of the Hills High School when we began, and has just recently been accepted to Rice University, where he plans to study aerospace engineering.
~

Lillian Beaudoin plays the part of Melissa, Colt's girlfriend. When we started this project she was a junior at Ingram Tom Moore High School. She's now a freshman in the Tisch School for the Arts at New York University.

Whitney Wilson plays the part of Katy in D&D. She was a junior at Ingram Tom Moore High School at the time we began filming. She is now a freshman at the University of North Texas majoring in musical theatre.

Lauren Brown plays Blake. She was a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School when filming began, and is now a sophomore at Texas Tech University majoring in education.

Connor O'Quinn plays Jason in D&D. He started with us as a sophomore at Ingram Tom Moore High School. He is now a senior. He spends a lot of time on the surf at North Padre Island.

Taylor Danielson plays the part of Brent, and has stood in for Hunter. When we started this project he was at Ingram Middle School. He's now a sophomore at Ingram Tom Moore High School and is a member of the ITM Thespian Troupe.

Chris McCrae plays the part of Hunter, and stood in for Will on a shoot. He's relatively new to the area, and first joined the cast of D&D in January 2007. He's a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School, and hopes to enter the University of Texas at Austin next fall.

Cadi Hawkins plays Jamie. She was a sophomore at Ingram Tom Moore High School when we began filming, and is now a senior. She is leaning toward attending Emerson to major in theatre.

Aaron Hutto plays Dusty in the film. He recently had the lead role in the Guadalupe Stage Quartet's debut performance of Lend Me A Tenor, and is well known for his performance as Monsieur Thenardier in ITM’s production of Les Miserables as well as his roles inMacbeth and The Crucible. He started his D&D career as a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School, and now works as a fencer and apprentice butcher.
John Ferguson plays Austin. John was a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School while filming his scenes for D&D. He is now a sophomore at Texas State University in San Marcos.

Ryan King plays Tyler. Ryan was a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School during early filming, and is now a sophomore at Texas State University. He had a starring role in ITM’s Les Miserables. He is an aspiring singer/songwriter.

Jonah Priour plays Micah. He was a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School when we filmed the scene he appears in. He starred in several shows for ITM including Les Miserables, Macbeth, The Crucible and Persephone. Jonah is now a sophomore at Harvard University.

Sloan Frierson plays Sarah. She is now an eighth-grader at Ingram Middle School.

Joseph Hinkle plays the part of Eddie in the film. He was just a sophomore at Our Lady of the Hills High School when we began filming, and this spring he is preparing to graduate.

Leaman Valentine plays the role of Officer Vance in the film. He is a graduate of Kerrville Tivy High School, and recently played, to great accalaim, the role of Stanley in The Point Theatre’s production of A Streetcar Named Desire. Leaman’s a part of the tech crew for this film as well.
~
Chris Valentine plays the role of Officer Sam. He is a graduate of Kerrville Tivy High School like his brother Leaman. Chris choreographs fight scenes and acrobatics for theatres around Texas. He’s also a part of the tech crew for this film.

Holly Riedel plays the part of Mrs. Bennett, a teacher. She is head of the Theatre Department and Thespian Sponsor at Ingram Tom Moore High School. She is also the Executive Producer of D&D. She has starred in a number of area productions including The Lion in Winter, The Crucible, and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, and directed production for ITM including One-Act Play competition pieces and shows for the ITM Thespians, most recently The Taming of the Shrew.
Marie Cearley plays the part of Blake’s Mom. She is a theatre and English teacher at Ingram Tom Moore High School, and directs shows for the ITM Thespians, including recent dynamite productions of Vanities and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Marie recently starred as Julia in the Guadalupe Stage Quartet’s debut production of Lend Me A Tenor. She’s retired from a career teaching theatre in New Mexico High Schools, and is a fantastic cook.
John Spencer drives his gorgeous cherry red 1939 Ford Cabriolet in the film. John travels the country with his collection of vintage cars appearing in numerous films. He is also an actor himself, playing a cameo role in The Point Theatre’s Cabaret. He will be appearing in several upcoming films.

Summer White plays Shelby in the film. She was a junior at Ingram Tom Moore High School during the filming of her scene. Summer is now a freshman at Howard Payne University majoring in education

John Northcutt play the role of John. He was a senior at Ingram Tom Moore High School when we filmed his scene. He worked tech on several ITM shows.

Roy Burney is the ski boat driver. Roy is the founding father of the Guadalupe Stage Quartet, is an accomplished director, award-winning stage actor and appeared in several films. He passed away of cancer in August 2006.
~

Wyndham Burney is skier I in the film. He is the son of Roy Burney, and is currently a freshman football star at Kerrville Tivy High School. During filming he was in seventh-grade at Peterson Middle School.
~

Connor Burney is skier II. He is the son of Roy Burney, and is currently an eighth-grade football star at Peterson Middle School. He was a sixth-grader at B.T. Wilson Upper Elementary School during filming.

Mildred plays herself in the film. She is a Peruvian Mountain Coatimundi belonging to Rio Vista and was hand-raised by director Tony Gallucci. She was a year old during filming.

The Car is John Spencer’s 1939 Ford Cabriolet. This beautiful cherry-red coupe was named the “World’s Most Beautiful Car”.
~
The River is played by our backyard beauty – the Guadalupe River. At times serene, at others a monster – prone to massive flash floods it kills on a near annual basis -- n D&D it represents both of those characteristics, as well as the passage of time and the changing of the seasons. It is the quintessential Texas Hill Country River in the heart of Texas’ most scenic setting.

Tony Gallucci, Producer, Director and Cinematographer teaches theatre, film and music to disenfranchised childrem. He's the owner of Milk River Film, which produces documentaries and theatre and music videos. D&D is MRF’s first feature film. Tony is a former head soccer coach and teacher at several Texas high schools and universities, including Tivy High School, Schreiner Uinversity and Texas A&M University.

Leaman Valentine, Lights and Sound, is a Tivy High School graduate and an accomplished actor, having recently starred as Stanley in The Point Theatre's production of A Streetcar Named Desire. Leaman also plays the role of a cop in D&D.

Chris Valentine, Lights and Sound, is a Tivy High School graduate and is best known in our neck of the woods as a fight choreographer and master with the sword. He works with rehabilitation of kids in serious trouble. He also plays the role of a policeman in D&D.

Charles Bryant, Second Camera, began working with Milk River Film in the Fall of 2006 on the documentary The Extra Mile as a sophomore at Schreiner University. He has enrolled in the Theatre Department at St. Edward's University in Austin beginning in the Fall 2007.
~
Holly Riedel, Executive Producer, is a theatre teacher at Ingram Tom Moore High School. She is an award-winning actress with multiple stage and film roles.
